ОтветитьThese make my arms stronger! But some of them- it’s not my arms so much; it hurts my wrists even with ace fingerless glove supports. Is there anythingelse I can do so I can get strong enough to get bigger weights? I do 3’s but my left shoulder has issues so on the lifting ones that one is 2. ОтветитьI think you talk a little too much. You talk to me as if I know nothing. It becomes very boring if you do the video over and over. And I suppose that's what you want? This is meant as friendly feed back. Maybe I am not in your target audience. Maybe you are talking to someone who has never worked out in their lives. If so, my apologies.

ОтветитьLoved it! More arms please! I let my arms go during pandemic and bc there were too many bent over weight lifting moves which is so bad the the back and my back. Thank you Jenny! I'll continue to do these in between my Pilates and yoga days 💞
