so you have a video on how to dehydrate meat without chemicals. all I can find is jerky and at my age that is just to tough for me and chemicls that I do not know.

You should be Freeze Drying if you want to keep almost all of the nutrients. Dehydrating is not the best option. I’m surprised you are saying dehydrate.
