My laptop did not show legacy mode

How to change uf to lega for gigabyte please

When I go to BOOT section there's nothing that I can select and there's nothing highlighted pls help

This video doesn't help!. Because I can't install New Windows from USB via boot, then I used command prompt to find directory of USB and then install. It's ok. Lucky for me. haizz.

Wait, wait - I had heard that an OS can only boot in the BIOS mode that it was installed in. If my Windows 10 was originally in UEFi mode, and I switch it to Legacy in my BIOS, would I mess up my system?!

I do this, and sometimes when it boots in legacy mode the srcreen stays black and a horribly loud beep plays

if you don't have legacy option try setting bios password disabling secure boot and fast boot before changing boot mode and then delete bios password

I just recently bought an acer aspire 3, it came with no windows so I purchased a windows 10 which came in a form of a USB, watched all videos on how to install windows and tried to change boot mode to legacy but in this PC it not giving me an option to change the boot mode . Please help

i don't have Legacy option under boot mode, what do i do? I created a supervisor password and disabled secure boot but i still only have UEFI boot mode and under boot priority it only shows UEFI_SHELL, no disk or anything. Btw this is a brand new laptop, Acer Aspire 5 and it didn't come with any OS pre-installed so its a completely blank slate. Im stuck and can't boot up into anything to install windows

Try resetting first to get the full list option, maybe there is a tiny little reset hole on the side? Idk

Legacy mode is not there.

If the Boot Mode option is not highlighted, turn off Secure Boot from BIOS and then the Boot Mode option should be highlighted :)
