Simulink Simulation of noncoherent BFSK passband signaling to measure the SER

This shows how to simulate noncoherent BFSK passband signaling and measure the SER (Symbol Error Rate) with Simulink where several parameter values are set in terms of the MATLAB variables so that they can be changed through the MATLAB workspace.
