Ich mag es meine abs zu trainieren und mal nicht dabei zu liegen und meinen Kopf hoch zu halten (nackenstarre, wer kennts) Die letzte Übung „belly vacuum“ ist doch aber echt nicht so gut für den Rücken oder? Vor allem, wenn man es mit Gewicht macht. Weil an sich ist es ja die gleiche Bewegung wie beim stiff deadlift und da ist es Ultra wichtig auf nen geraden Rücken zu achten. Also ich verstehe es einfach nicht wirklich, warum das mit drin ist bzw. So umgesetzt wurde…

ОтветитьThis workout sucks👎🏻 And I don’t mean like damn that was really hard, so its good for you kinda sucks, just sucks I didn’t feel like I was working any muscle group out I was just hurting my hips. Love Pam’s stuff normally but the workouts I’ve been doing today were stinkers, booooooo Pam booo. Respect still but booooooooo

ОтветитьI have a good mind-muscle connection when training my butt but not when training abs. That's why I like this workout just as a light body activation when I don't feel like jumping or running around.
