An sich ein sehr schönes workout! Ich mag es meine abs zu trainieren und mal nicht dabei zu liegen und meinen Kopf hoch zu halten (nackenstarre, wer kennts) Die letzte Übung „belly vacuum“ ist doch aber echt nicht so gut für den Rücken oder? Vor allem, wenn man es mit Gewicht macht. Weil an sich ist es ja die gleiche Bewegung wie beim stiff deadlift und da ist es Ultra wichtig auf nen geraden Rücken zu achten. Also ich verstehe es einfach nicht wirklich, warum das mit drin ist bzw. So umgesetzt wurde…

Day 1 of 30min workout plan 🔥 070823 ( Auhhhh actually quite tired after the first day of intern however! Still keep doing this with 2kg of weight!After all the workout had done my mind became clear and my body also felt so much released! Wohoo fightinggg

This workout sucks👎🏻 And I don’t mean like damn that was really hard, so its good for you kinda sucks, just sucks I didn’t feel like I was working any muscle group out I was just hurting my hips. Love Pam’s stuff normally but the workouts I’ve been doing today were stinkers, booooooo Pam booo. Respect still but booooooooo

Wow you look so much like Daenerys! I love this workout, it's not so difficult, just for beginners, but at the same time it energizes! + it's very aesthetic and I like the choice of absolutely all the music here !
I've done this workout 5 times now and it's still my favorite o(>ω<)o

Great Workout!! I already did it twice- it's great when I lack energy and I feel that laying on the mat will make me go to sleep😅 it boosts me with energy for another workout! it also has a great impact, I can feel my sides working...

I have a good mind-muscle connection when training my butt but not when training abs. That's why I like this workout just as a light body activation when I don't feel like jumping or running around.

Feels more like a full body than an abs workout. It's not slow and I'm sweaty for sure. But Iove it. Very goodckomplex moves, especially in the morning!
