Quality over quantity and more connections during work for maximum efficiency and innovation is what matters. But the steps should be as minimum as possible.

And this is not happening that is why I think we are wasting so much of time and energy unnecessarily in many job sectors which can be saved. But things are changing R&D companies are rising and jobs are getting redefined😊😇
