I liked how quick and "easy" it really was. HE's main power was his political and corporate power and his power via his creations. Sure he is still actually physically powerful via his suit but this is a perfect example of showing how a character like that can still be easily ripped apart in seconds. Goes to show how powerscaling is dumb.

Love the whipping, and love that last part - Gamora, still closer to being a merciless daughter of Thanos than the one that was lost, giving High Evolutionary the "you're dead, and I'm not even straining" stare after running him through.

Man was so evil he didn't even get an epic showdown. They just straight up hand his ass to him. Or in this case, his face I guess.

Everyone getting a swing at him was amazing, although half of them besides Rocket didn't even actually saw him in person before and those that did like Quill and Groot only meet him personally for a few minutes when they discovered what they did to Rocket that hatred was so inmense that every strike felt personal like if they all have been hating him their whole lives.

They might bicker and mess around with each other all the time. But this moment shows that despite all that they are a true family and god save the poor one that dares mess with their family. Toretto would be proud

From the very beginning of the film, Rocket is already foreshadowed to try and gain control over himself, especially soon after having that flashback of his past. One of the first things he does is practice using the gravity boots, he's learning this mechanic. And with The High Evolution, he claims and even takes pride in having gravity within his control, but here...Rocket doesn't allow him that kind of control, via the boots. Symbolizing Rocket's healing journey and how The High Evolution no longer has the control over his life, but his own control he uses with himself only. It's such a subtle detail, and I live for it!

I live for everyone's (including the audience) hatred towards this one guy, Rocket's friends really are his ride or die. Like, dude here wasn't a physical threat to any of the guardians, hella smart but not really that strong, so it feels even better knowing he got an overpowered beatdown from the others. Animal abuse is never okay, and the amount of compassion towards Rocket is just so sweet to me.
