I tried this last night and it was amazing. I used lamb shoulder instead of mutton and it turned out very nice and tender. Simmered for one and a quarter hour. My family enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you chef for a wonderful recipe.

I prefer my mutton to be completely lean, sorry I do not care for this recipe, try again.
