ОтветитьThree weeks ago I could barely rotate my head, it hurt to lift things with my right arm and I had bad upper back pain, it even hurt to swallow food as all the muscle is linked. Thanks to doing this set of exercise x3 daily everything has loosened up, it still hurts a bit occasionally but I am sure it will go in time, but I can get back to doing my normal exercise routine but will add this in to stop everything from seizing up ever again.
