I was in an antique shop once. An old man i never saw again reccommended this song to me. And it really makes me reflect on my own life. Thanks, mister.

A rock critic (one of the most worthless professions to have ever stained this green Earth) once described Bob Seger as "the poor man's Bruce Springsteen." A more pretentious and condescending opinion I can't even imagine. But they do have the same initials, so maybe it was that...that would be about the level of comprehension I would expect from such an inane commentary.

I love Bob Seger I'll be 62 in July if I can make it we just never know I've been to a lot of party's with Bob just the greatest singer I ever heard I've never been to a concert in my life but I sure would like to see him before I die but if not I know that I've at least heard the greatest singer ever

My favorite song

This song reminds me of my first love, joining the military and being wounded in action, ptsd, drugs, losing my wife and child. Especially that second verse. Brings tears to my eyes. I'm trying my best to keep on running against the wind. Some days are worse than others, but I'm still here....

I have been listening to Bob Seger for year's. I actually love listening to all the tunes. There is one particular song that is by fare the best song that I've ever heard. It is my favorite song and that is 'LIKE A ROCK'. I believe that it describes my life down to a tee.
