How to upgrade your android tv box firmware via USB Burning tool

Hi Sir, I am from Sri Lanka. I have model gxt-dongle-3188 TV stick. Manufacture- rockchip. Android.4.2.2. I tried flash firmware but device now death. Can you help me resolve this problem. If possible give me a correct firmware site for my unit. Thanks.

If you are stuck at 2% with a USB Error, try unchecking Erase Flash and Erase bootloader. If that doesn't work try a shorter USB cable to connect to PC. Make sure HDMI is unplugged. Make sure you are running the program under administrator. Ended up working for me. Good Luck!
