Hello, Dear, While practicing on the Exercise files, I encountered a problem. After recording a macro on the Phone column as you did, when I try to apply it to the whole column, it only applies to one cell despite my selecting the whole column. However, I recorded and ran the macro on the whole column successfully for the Birthday and SS# columns, and it worked correctly. What could you think caused this kind of problem?

For the editors. Probably there is an video editing mistake when the lady is giving an example about removing a part of the social security numbers. It's about 38 minute of the video. This part is showed twice, first time it's ending when she starts recording macro and then this part starts over again. Also I have one more question about that exercise . After making that steps I receive modified data but I lost the oryginal social security numbers because they are overwritten. Is that how it supposed to be?

I want to ask that in the later part of the video we are learning about selection, range, value, etc. While all these tasks can be performed manually why are we doing is this way ?? What I think is like it will help us to debug or edits macros which are already there !!?? So is this why we are learning it ?

In VBA simple macros exercise file , its showing file is untrusted , so i am not able to run any macro in it . The error shown as - Because of Security settings , your macros have been disabled. To run macros , you need to reopen this workbook and choose to enable macros. However ,. i tried reopening the workbook and i checked the enable macros option but its not working for me ..

Gr8 video, but you forgot to show us the code that the macro recorder shows us. Another thing is the lock cells. Unlocking the numerical cells indicates that they have been locked in the first place. Other than that, it's a great beginners course which had stuff of which I was unaware. Such a great voice
