I feel like I’m Going crazy: that is Doug from Zombicide! Same hair, clothes, weapons, everything!
ОтветитьMy friggen hero!
Ответитьthis movie will forever be the greatest, most based movie i've ever seen.
there's one song by Iron Maiden. Man On The Edge. the lyrics freakishly resemble this movie. was it inspired by Falling Down?
Is this a comedy?
ОтветитьI need to see this💕💕💕💕
ОтветитьSaw this when it came out and thought it was a great idea for a movie. I left the theater wondering why they didn't make his character more likeable. It wasn't until years later when I understood politics I realized the lefties in Hollywood didn't intend to make him likeable. They intended to make a caricature of an unhinged right winger. Time for a remake with Mel Gibson!
ОтветитьFunny to me how people can rationalize & identify with a character who goes from "law abiding citizen & good guy" to shooting submachine guns & Anti tank weapons at people over the course of his commute home one day, but can't empathize with someone smoking a joint or some other petty crime and sacrifice them to the for-profit-prison industrial complex.
ОтветитьWilliam Foster’s standing up for his rights… as a consumer. Falling Down is one of the best 90’s films of all time!
ОтветитьI watched this movie fifty times at least as a kid. Funny how many people this inspired to punish the little guy for the crimes and demands of the big men in town
ОтветитьHate the American two party system. If only they allowed third party establishment and more to allow political organizations and not two behemoth parties of DNC and Republicans, then it would have been better rather than knee jerk culture there
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this movie. It was very captivating. The story is intriguing. Didn't regret a single second watching this flick from start to finish. Keeps being mysterious all the way.
ОтветитьI Believe it was Matt Damon who explained why this period in time gave us the best Movies ever. And streaming services ensure us that that will never happen again.
ОтветитьI would be a new king, let'$ believe at future..
ОтветитьBefore Russell Crowe became "unhinged", Micheal Douglas snapped at the every day world around him in falling down. Now,tell me which movie do you think is more "haunting" so to speak
ОтветитьI live this guy's life
ОтветитьI feel like I'm that guy every day
ОтветитьI'll give you something to fix.
ОтветитьUnder Construction:
The anticipated, heralded sequel, hopefully coming to a theater near you in 2024. It's time.
Nut job with a bag full of guns😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis movie was in production a week before the Los Angeles Riots took place in late April 1992, and completed a couple of weeks afterwards. "I'm rolling back the prices to 1965" What do you think of that?" was my favorite line in this movie. I wish prices were rolled back to 1993, but that will NEVER happen.
ОтветитьI could also see Bryan Cranston playing this part. Seems like the movie should be titled Breakdown.
ОтветитьWhat a damn good movie...
ОтветитьThis is America
ОтветитьThis is a Documentary about - ME !
ОтветитьThis is Breaking Bad without drugs, money laundering and science bitch 😂
Ответить😢 the ending is sad
ОтветитьOveranalyzed. When Foster pulls the water gun out at the end, that signifies that there was zero ill intent against his wife or/and child. Prendergast is on the outside looking in. Case in point....go back to the part where the police show up at his wife's house, and see no real threat with Foster, even though she's scared of him. Yes, Foster was intimidating, fed up, not pc, and not a very good son. But are any ANTIFA "heros" any worse by today's measure? Seems a double standard to me. Like The Punisher, Foster comes off more as an anti hero in my eyes, than the standard "villain", which is why the film is a favorite of many. I mean let's be honest, many can relate to fantasize about taking a ball bat to some punk street thugs who deserve every bit of what they have coming (shrugs shoulders).
ОтветитьLove this movie!! A dichotomy of showing violence was spoofing violence in our society (it was controversial)
Ответить"I think its out of order"
ОтветитьWell they just showed me the entire movie in 2 and half minutes, yay.
ОтветитьKenneth Darlington is not the bad guy
ОтветитьDude from Panama
ОтветитьClassic movie 🎥
ОтветитьGreat movie.
ОтветитьSoda 85 sents😅😂
Ответитьbest movie ever
ОтветитьI just love the dark humor! But a sad ending.
ОтветитьMichael Douglas as the Entitled Man
ОтветитьOutstanding film
ОтветитьReleased in 1993, but has the circumstances of 2023.... AMAZING
ОтветитьRevealed way too much of the story so its a bad trailer for a great movie
ОтветитьCurrent mood
ОтветитьEasily Micheal Douglas' best performance. I'll never understand why critics hated it so much.
ОтветитьJust finished watching it.
Turns out he was a nasty father and husband. Seems because of his work (that was important work for the country) earned way less than other seemingly pointless work. That led him on the road to zero intolerance.
Then, a stream of incidents that are cruel and disrespectful cause his demise.
This narrative still plays out in the world today.
Forcing families, people and society to breakdown.
Sadly, i don't see an end to this, due to greed.
A** film. I remember being about 16 when I saw it thinking, what's this guy's problem. Today, I kinda feel like him.
Ответить“I’ll take my problems elsewhere and be on my way.”
ОтветитьWhen you are explaining to your much younger coworker that your having a "Falling Down" day and they say, huh? Send them this link. :)
ОтветитьThis is a timeless piece.
We have been where he was ,in the fast food place .
It happened to be,and I never had a weapon ,so they didn’t serve me breakfast 😅😅😅
