This made me cry the story behind this video. If you are lucky to find the love of your life and one or the other departs this world it's devasting I'm sure. Maybe he just died from a broken heart. 💔 And just didn't want to go on without her and just slowly quit living . 🥲 Hope both are resting in peace together now.
❤ Take care.
The old tiled fire places from the 50s and 60s we had them when I was a little girl they used to was cleaned and sparkling.Dave I can’t understand why people damage these houses bless you Dave
ОтветитьDave the fire tiled fire place was from the 60s we had them when I was a child growing up that’s over 60yr ago they were expensive back in the day.
ОтветитьDave at least his family have mostly emptied the house and it is so tidy nice to walk round even though it is becoming unsafe.
ОтветитьDave it would be so nice for you to do an exploring with ADAM MARK as he his so respectful when in these properties you would be good in the videos 👍👍👍
ОтветитьDave I love your videos you explained in detail when your in the property and you are so respectful when inside the house and I love your accent stay safe and please wear gloves if the property is in a bad state bless you Dave 👍❤️❤️
ОтветитьLove the lino in the room with all the paperwork!
ОтветитьFireplace, Art nouveau or art deco, around 1920's Red kitchen cabinet, early to middle 1950's.
ОтветитьHola. Vi una casa intervenida, quiero decir que la están limpiando, quizás para venderla. Es muy grande. Gracias 😊🫂
ОтветитьThe house has that British / Irish tackiness so prevalent through out the country
ОтветитьLove you from Glasgow big guy much love stay safe ❤
ОтветитьBless what a great find. Too far away for the vandals. Xx
ОтветитьI saw so many abandoned places when I visited North Scotland, I'd love to do a little place up, but some of it is just so remote! I guess people move away because it's too remote.
ОтветитьHi love all the videos love that you are doing, wish I could join
ОтветитьThere’s an older male spirit in there wondering what you are doing. He seems benevolent and quite sweet. Wow, his wife is there also. Breaks my heart but they seem happy thank goodness. I’m sorry, I have to share when I feel these things. Thank goodness I don’t see them but I feel them and pick up on their emotions. Actually wished I didn’t have this ability but it is what it is. I feel them in videos as well.
ОтветитьGorgeous house!!
ОтветитьOh l would love to live there,,what a shame no one is enjoying that lovely property
ОтветитьI would love to have some of the old furniture that is in this house!!! 💓
ОтветитьI just loved this little house!!! 🏡
ОтветитьThat hand tool is used to pierce/tag the cows/steers ears. Since that was the only bed, probably was his wife's bedroom. Mattress propped up, difficulties breathing laying flat on back. So many closed up fireplaces. True shame the floors were giving out. Wonder if there was a cellar, don't remember you showing the stairs. Thx for the explore.
ОтветитьThe door was locked so how did you get in? Did bust in, if so that’s a crime.
ОтветитьThat wallpaper couldn't be from the 70s.....it is too dull for 70s
ОтветитьWow what a wonderful place Merch ♥️
Ответитьyou and Adam Mark are probably the most respectful explorers ive ever seen. keep it up, both respect in how you treat it and your words/speech <3
honored to be a sub
I am from the 60s and 70s definitely not 70s wall paper. Much older more like the 40s or so.
70s was flower power era more green, yellow orange. I love watching shows from Scotland because my ancestors came from there before migrating to America.
Update for you. We can see this property from our house. We spoke to our neighbours who have lived in the area 40+ years and they knew Charles. Apparently he was a bachelor for many years. He married late on in life and his new wife's house was much nicer, so he moved there. It is possible he still worked the croft land even though he didn't live in the house.. He lived into his 90s and died only a few years ago.
ОтветитьWould be nice for you guys to go back to some of the places that touched you and clean them all and turn them in to a sort of museum 🎉 would be such a kind gesture
ОтветитьHi,the word your looking for to describe the beautiful tiled fireplace is - art deco
ОтветитьI don't want to spoil the plot, but almost all of us will pass away in our houses.
If lucky in our sleep with out any pain
Hello Dave. Been a while but I am Back@cha!
ОтветитьPleasant voice to listen to
ОтветитьSad story
ОтветитьThis must have been a lodging house. Or a large family!
ОтветитьI like this house ,has a lot of rooms that are good size , feels homey ,wonder why the family's don't want the homes parents leave them,or sale it if don't want to take care of it,love to watch your videos, you do a good job
ОтветитьBed was probably elevated to help the lady breath or more comfy while she was ill 🤔😘😘
ОтветитьI absolutely love the 70’s wallpaper. I would have it in my house.
ОтветитьFriend I love your explorers I appreciate the care you take and the fact that you do your best to find the backstory and the details it shows your respect for the deceased party's legacy and the energy that they leave behind. He was well known in the states but I'm sure he's made his Mark throughout the entire community but he died of a respiratory illness because he went in and out of so many places that had black mold and other respiratory damaging funguses please be careful I'll see if I can find his name but you're good at what you do you should be able to find it I encourage you to wear proper respiratory equipment please and thank you.
ОтветитьFantastic video as always dave what a beautiful cottage.😊can't wait to see Mark back on the old country roads again countryy roadss. 😅😆✌👍
ОтветитьI just love the respect you show as you explore. Also that little laugh when you find something unique is very charming.
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful video. So poignant and so very sad. It's awful to think in years to come that this could happen to any one of us. It forces you to think about leaving a will.
Ответитьwhat did i win. i got a message saying i won something
ОтветитьDavid what is your Facebook channel called please xx
ОтветитьBig and beautiful, the stillness is eerie, 😥❤️✌️
ОтветитьI am always blessed and amazed at the total respect you show in every video I have watched thus far! Thank you very all you do!
ОтветитьThis place is great!!! Love all the 50's-60's decor even the marble tile fire place. They sure knew how to decorate back then. Sad story and history on this house as well. Great explore Dave have a great day
ОтветитьDavid do a collab with proving demons 😈
