Jess Hilarious MAD at the BreakfastClub! Loren is taking her job? ENVY & Charlamagne SHUTDOWN Jess

It's crazy to me how Envy and Charlamagne think social media was the reason Jess was replaced by Loren. They were literally gaslighting and lying to Jess, which started when she was out on maternity leave. I also think they should hear her out and listen to her feelings. It sounds like they're not listening to her perspective, and everything is one-sided. Plus, I think Jess should have handled her outburst towards Loren differently. It's not Loren's fault; Jess should direct her anger towards the Breakfast Club company. If she has an issue with Loren, she should handle it professionally, as Loren suggested, instead of being messy.

I feel like Envy gave her reassurance. CTG was the one gas lighting and making her feelings a joke. I look at the comments, and it's very true... instead of commenting on the topics, people in the comments comparing the two. So Jess definitely needs to listen and not act off emotions. It's definitely room for both of them. Jess brings the jokes and comedy... She's "Jess with the mess," and Lauren brings the news, the facts, the seriousness!!!

The problem is that the director and management sucks at doing their job when you have an employee explain there concern and it's ignored this is what happens

I understand Jess but she’s acting like a bully, like girl don’t be threatened by another woman being there, HR and management wrong for tryna slide her in but she isn’t the problem she’s trying to play bad cop by tryna bully her and it’s showing

It’s often said that you lose them the same way you got them, and unfortunately, this seems especially true in situations like these. There’s a dynamic at play that feels very much like an "all-boys’ club," both metaphorically and literally. I’m concerned with how Loren is engaging with Jess. The comment about pulling Jess aside doesn’t seem to match what actually happened, and that’s disappointing. Loren’s actions are revealing her true nature, and when people recognize someone as a snake, they tend to keep them at arm’s length.

If Loren rubs any of the men the wrong way, it wouldn’t be surprising if things turned against her as well. I wouldn’t be shocked if Charlamagne and Envy already have a strategy in place to push her out. Simply by using this incident against her later down the line could potentially lead to her being let go too. It’s unfortunate that gaslighting and other tactics like this are so embedded in the culture, especially when it comes to silencing and dismissing women.

Looking at history, you can see that systemic issues like these have been ongoing for a long time, where women's voices are often minimized or dismissed. If people treat women poorly, they’re likely to treat others the same way. Loren’s actions seem to show that she’s playing the game to get ahead, even if it means stepping on others. For those who’ve compromised their integrity for a job, there’s really nothing they won’t do to hold on to it. I’m sure management is aware of this and knows how to use Charlamagne and Envy to their advantage, potentially leveraging the threat of job loss to control them.

I also could see this ending with them bringing Yee back and under better terms. Then giving her the segment to air out her concerns as a way to transition back into the role. It would be genius if they actually do that. So thanks Jess and Loren.

Loren is a very good addition to tRye Breakfast Club,. She gets that hustle from TMZ. I like her pn the show.

Something similar happened to me when I was hired for a position while someone was out on long-term leave.. they were planning on having two ppl in the role anyway, so they hired me so things would be smooth running once she returned.. well chiiiile, she came back and absolutely HATED my ass 😭🤣 I was doing the job a lil too well, plus I had become really cool with errbody else in the clinic.. she was so green with envy, it actually hurt my feelings bc I was excited for her to come back to get to know her and to see how we could collaborate to make the workflow even smoother.. NOPE!! she was the damn devil! 👹 I really tried to stick it out, but it started wearing on me mentally.. wasn't worth it anymore, so I bounced.. ended up moving to GA, so it was a blessing in disguise.. but whew!! This brought back trauma memories! SMH 🙏🏽

I understand how Jess could feel threatened, but most people who work in a corporate environment know that you're supposed to wait until the probationary period is OVER before you start making life changing moves. Maybe she should have put pregnancy off for a year until she proved her worth on her new job. Also, Jess's online antics will only strengthen the studio's case for letting her go. She should have kept her cool and kept the drama offline, because she played right into CTG's (and that other guy's) hands. They were both gaslighting her. She took the bait, and now she looks like the 'bad guy.'

I don't know this woman, but she is right to be angry about this situation. However, she also needs to remember that men in the industry have made careers off pitting women against each other. Starting shit where there was none. Don't let them use you to line their pockets. Team up with Loren and take control of the narrative!

The reason why lauren handled it so well is because she already knew and played her part of the plan. They knew it would upset Jess. We have all work for companies who have done crazy things and set up for the other person. If you had the play ahead of time, you would also handle it with grace, but if Lauren was blindedsided like Jess. Nobody knows how she would have reacted.

You have to understand this woman just came back from maternity leave. Of course she is going to be a little emotional. Especially when she pick the person to cover for her and this person is still there. I believe, them at the breakfast club like to play games with the women who work there.

They are trying to frustrate Jess so she can either quit or breach her contract. The men are in on it and are enjoying the fued.

It's crazy how people conspire behind the scenes, plotting against someone.. everyone is in the "know" except for the person who is being left out deliberately, without any communication and then complains when this person goes off on them. I agree with everyone, it's gaslighting. There are so many passive aggressive people in the work force who just want to "avoid confrontation" even though they're causing it. All they had to do was be honest with Jess from the get go. They love to showcase the "angry black woman" narrative no matter how warranted, even though they're the ones attacking first.

Jess is NOT wrong. The moment that Jess got back, Loren should have gone back to her role. Loren got a little bit of notoriety after filling in for Jess, and now she wants to stay in the limelight. Loren is messy, ego driven, and is wrong on many levels. The producers are a POS!

I want to feel bad for Jess but I keep thinking on how on that same show she bashed Nicki Minaj and other celebrities, laughing at a “nappy headed kid with cancer” I really don’t feel bad for her.

Look back at the first episode of Jess coming back and how she entered the room. Then see how Loren tried to make sure there wasn't a comparison. On air she tried to shut that comparison thing down but Jess got mad at that. Jess can be very unprofessional and the way Loren does the show exposed it. Jess picked her and now she can either adjust, shine in her own light or go. Since both of them bring something different and unique they should be able to work together. Jess can be funny but all of this is messy. It's kind of sad to see her go off when she is successful in her own right.

Jess should've known what would happen once she decided to get pregnant, we do NOT live in a society that cares much about womens wellbeing, especially pregnant women. We pay them dust in the workplace and will never hold ur job for u 🤷🏾‍♀️
