Are these tiles flamable?
ОтветитьThe fibers you saw are mixed in the concrete for strengthening purposes. If bothersome, can be quickly burned off with a propane torch.
ОтветитьLike to know total price of the flooring
ОтветитьHey buddy, you may have broken a building code in removing that Steel Car Bumper? !
ОтветитьI adore that you find a new distraction!!
ОтветитьYour video was really good!
ОтветитьNice, makes my back hurt to watch …really cleaned it up.
ОтветитьGreat job 👍
ОтветитьDid my floor 4 years ago. No regrets.
ОтветитьThe material that’s sticking out of the concrete is probably microfiber that they mixed in the concrete for strength
ОтветитьI love this I have a garage and I kept painting now it's tile time. Where did you get the tiles. I run across your channel two years later. Thanks for sharing, bro great job 💯💯💯💯 looking beautiful. Hope you still doing great work. Shalom
ОтветитьWell done!
ОтветитьGreat job and great video! Thanks!
ОтветитьPretty sure he stole these from Home Depot. Reporting video. No way you can afford this.
ОтветитьReally sharp. Great project and video presentation.
ОтветитьGreat vid. Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you. I've been looking for a video like this. my tiles are being dropped today.
ОтветитьI love this but the cost is $2,000 for a 22x22 garage… when I save enough money I’ll have to do this.
ОтветитьLooks awesome!
ОтветитьThese are good vlogs epoxy is ok but very expensive, this was a better option for many people 👍
ОтветитьFantastic video
ОтветитьIt's not the labor that I'm ever concerned with It's the cost. That's why my garage floor looks like crap. But it is also a luxury not a priority to do my garage floor because I'm a mechanic and I make a mess all the time
ОтветитьTHis THat THEY THere THen as opposed to Dis Dat Dere Den
ОтветитьThanks for the vid, it’s inspired me to tackle my garage floor. I’ve been tossing up between painting it or carpeting it but now I have a third option 👍
ОтветитьDoes moisture get thru the interlocking tile like when it rains and you bring a wet car in?
ОтветитьLove the attention to detail!
ОтветитьHi, I am curious what the floor looks like today. Also how do you squeegee liquids off the floor given the bumps in the tiles? Also, does water penetrate the joints between tiles? One more comment: I believe the fibers you saw in the floor are designed to help with concrete expansion.
ОтветитьGreat job, great video. 👍
ОтветитьThat is calcium build up in your water heater. Also, those tiles look nice but expensive. A 20x20 space would be well over $1700
ОтветитьNow that you've had this installed for a while, how has it been as far as keeping it clean?
ОтветитьJust came across this, any long term updates on how it's holding up? Would you do it again or go another route?
ОтветитьThat looks great.
ОтветитьCode calls for a hot water heater to be 18" above the floor...???
ОтветитьI installed this on my garage floor and was happy with it - a couple things - leave 3/4 inch gap near walls or anything solid to allow for the expansion and contraction of the flooring. Also contrary to the advice given here - do NOT use liquid nails on the lip leading into the garage. It is a FLOATING floor and will need to move or it will buckle.
ОтветитьVery nice work. Looks good.
Ответитьsweet work
ОтветитьPrep work is always the most important. Good job on being meticulous.
Ответитьholy moly, when I first saw this video there were only a few hundred K subscribers, congrats on making it !
ОтветитьThe floor and garage itself look really great! Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьWhat's the cost for this contrasted against an epoxy floor?
ОтветитьGreat job! You made it feel manageable.
ОтветитьDude that was awesome! Thank you. I wanna do the same in my garage. The hardest part for me is getting all the crap out of it for the install!! lol
ОтветитьWould not recommend an electric tankless water heater. Gas tankless water heaters work great. Also, running screw pipe is a lot of fun.
ОтветитьWow. What a transformation. Beautiful job!!
ОтветитьThe final result looks nice. I live in the north and in winter we have a lot of snow. The car would bring snow, ice, and mud into the garage. So I am wondering how messy it might be when the dirty water gets onto and possibly underneath the tiles and how to clean the tiles after winter.

Ответитьi was skeptical, but it looks nice, good job.
ОтветитьVery good video. Great work!
