How the hell do they make the gas mileage so bad?

You didn't show the payload of the AT4 or Denali. I want to know how more optional equipment impacts the payload.

Nothing about the engine? Does it have start/stop? If so can it be disabled.? Is there adaptive cruise? Does it have the direct injection carbon build problem? Too much about frills and not enough about basics.

Does "MT" really stand for maximum traction? I thought it was mud terrain, "AT" ALL TERRAIN, "HT" HIGHWAY TERRAIN... I don't know. Maybe I'm dumb.

You didn't mention there's a basic basic elevation the only thing doesn't make it basic plain in not having crank windows.. it's actually 4 trim levels of canyon..

I hate seeing corrosion on the underside of a brand new truck. When buying my brand new 2023 denali ultimate, noticed the factory exhaust was already rusting with 0 miles. I bought the catback exhaust so it didn't matter but who wants your truck rusting before it even has any miles. When you showcase the shocks on the denali, i cringed at all the metal under there that was already covered. What will it look like in 2 years 😢

Nice looking trucks for sure. Kind of disappointed in that they didn't include the multi-pro tailgates on these but I guess they have their reasons. Love my setup on my 2019 GMC Sierra Denali but was looking at something a little more offroad and these Canyons might just be the answer to that. Thanks TFL Trucks for putting all this together once again.

Can the new 2023 Canyon be flat towed? I’ve looked in the owners manual in a new one and there was nothing about flat towing. I know the previous generation could be flat towed but I can’t find any information on the 2023’s.

An they all get the same if not worse gas mileage than a full size… so why not just get a full size truck? Never understood it, both are expensive so like ya that doesn’t matter much

As usual, we get roped in with bold towing capacity claims but a weak payload capacity. Damn shame. I'd love one of these but even just hauling the racecar around I'd probably be close to payload once I load up tools, parts, the other half, and the dog.

Remember if you buy it make sure cruise control is also included..

GM leadership show Gmc Canyon ,Chevrolet Colorado sad with no chrome on any of trucks.Gmc Canyon, Chevrolet Colorado with only 2.7 engine for truck remember Chevrolet vega 2.3 engine destroyed GM of 70's both engines sound same so really buying a old chevrolet vega 😅😅😅😅😅😅. Elevation worth $26,500, At4 worth $32,500 and Denali worth $38,800 it small trucks. You know have put premium gas into engine if put regular gas do time be hearing knocking in engine damage it don't make that mistake. I just think buying a new truck under it really blast from past 70's chevrolet vega. Good luck

One of the best "party tricks" that Toyota has is the rear window, the entire thing, will go down, electronically. If you have a surfboard, cargo, and don't want it in the bed, or you want to keep the engine on while the A/C is running, and you are wanting to cool down the truck bed, it will cool the bed down much better with that whole window coming down than a tiny window. Many people nowadays are "minimalists", meaning they are trying to maximize everything in a small space, and at the same time trying to use as little gasoline as possible. No Airstreams. No campers. Just the truck bed. You are not going 4-wheeling with an Airstream or camper unless you drop it off somewhere. Then, you have to waste tons of time on the camper. There are peeps who will drive 6 hours/day driving out and then coming back home to their camper, and those that drive out for 30 days. just in their 4 door truck. I guess we all need 2 different trucks! LOL

Almost everyone I know who has a Denali, whether mid-sized, full-sized, 2500, 3500, they are usually white/pearl, with lots of chrome, maybe on 22in black wheels, and never black. Maybe silver or gray.

The People who designed the AT4 Interior went BMW/Mer-Benz. This is the best interior I have ever seen in a GMC. You GMC peeps hit a home run. You hit the ball out of the park. You rarely use the gear shift, but use the dial a lot. Makes sense to move the dial closer to the driver. I luv the steering wheel. Your biggest competitor will be the 2024 Tacoma.

The at4x interior is nasty and yea its not for me. No grab handles. Id like to see rear and front lockers on the AT4 if that is for off roading.

where are all the beefy grab handles? Only on the passenger side it looks. Thats disapointing. But I really like the canyon at4x

Is the Denali nice?......of course but that's crazy to want a Denali interior for a PICKUP truck...its a Truck!!! . If you want Denali then get an SUV. I would never go for that type of luxury in my pickup truck. I would never want to do anything in it then especially off road stuff.
