VMP Performance Keeps GT500 Mustang Race Car Cool at GingerMan

The 5.2L Ford Predator supercharged engine in the MAP Data Systems Shelby GT500 Mustang race car produces some serious heat. Our team uses the @vmpperformance Apex Predator Race Intercooler and lid to keep the inlet temperatures in control. We also use the VMP Apex Predator Cold Air Intake (CAI). We love the lightweight design and functionality. The intercooler used in conjunction with the CAI kept our air inlet temps cool every lap of the 30-minute race in 85-degree ambient temperatures at GingerMan Raceway. MAP strongly recommends this combination (the intercooler, lid, and CAI) if you are tracking or racing your GT500 Mustang. VMP parts are race proven!
