But, as an Italian, my backbone shivers everytime she says "arrostincini" or any other dish spelled in such horrible (american) way 😩
The two TOTALLY DIFFERENT restaurants right next to each other owned by the same two people is such a crazy dynamic duo combining two totally different crowds and introducing them to an opposite cuisine!!

ОтветитьThis is a very specialized type of dining. I call it "foo foo" food. These Chefs are literally playing with themselves. Restaurants like this rarely survive because their dining audience is so limited due to price, portion size, and the reality of people's pocketbooks today. But good luck to them.

ОтветитьIt's refreshing to see the amount of women in this place. Especially when the chef's a woman, you just see they're not that stupidly traditional about the place of the woman in the professional kitchen.
It really seems like a healthy and nice place to work.
I cant stop hearing how she says FAT all the time, with a special tone, this video needs a "fat" word counter haha
