One of the least stuffy looking tasting menus I’ve seen. All looked like solid portions of familiar, yet elevated and original food. Not everything drowning in gold leaf or tiny flowers

As mellow as they come but knows what she wants and doesn't want. Lot of superb dishes but it's the comment on the fried calamari I like best. It's not a tater tot.

Great menu and very inventive ways of rethinking traditional dishes.
But, as an Italian, my backbone shivers everytime she says "arrostincini" or any other dish spelled in such horrible (american) way 😩

This is a very specialized type of dining. I call it "foo foo" food. These Chefs are literally playing with themselves. Restaurants like this rarely survive because their dining audience is so limited due to price, portion size, and the reality of people's pocketbooks today. But good luck to them.

It's refreshing to see the amount of women in this place. Especially when the chef's a woman, you just see they're not that stupidly traditional about the place of the woman in the professional kitchen.

It really seems like a healthy and nice place to work.
