Is Ultra low setting graphics and performance achievable with ingame settings or does it tweak more options that aren't in ingame settings that sets it to higher fps? Is there a huge graphics quality difference? Is this recommended for people who like to play this game as beautiful as possible? I have gtx 1050 and I run this game 30-45 fps. I want it to be 50-60 fps atleast. If I reset it back to default. Does it use my setting in game again?

I assume restoring option in your software will rest graphics to factory settings.
