I think he should have gone for the classic. No obvious star was there this year..
AOB said he moved very very well on the dirt whilst working the week up to rhe race.
He would have been hard to beat if he handled the surface.
Still, two derbies, a futurity, a champion stakes and a BC turf is a fine record for a well bred horse.

What a performance considering he got so lit up passing the road at about 37 seconds in. Ryan got the split on the inside but it's the ground he made up on bridle on the bend that was so impressive. It really was the winning of the race. A joy to watch - AOB right to have such faith in him. Class to see a Derby winner in the BC.

Congratulations....but he siad lucky 7. I'll say bad luck after that find by the steward is unbelievable kmt he shouldn't be fi d because he stroke the horse just 1 extra over 6 times come on. The more I watch this race I realize this was not such a great ride at all. Great jockeys put themselves in positions to succeed. Moore did not put this horse in a great position but instead was hoping the other jockeys would get off the rail. Maybe he’s a great mind reader but calling this a great ride is ridiculous. Instead I would have to say that he was very fortunate the rail opened up. Great riders don’t assume what other jockeys will do. I’ll say it once again, put Irad Ortiz on this horse and he wins by 5

I’ve noticed when I have watched races in England they use the whip a lot on some of these horses. The race may be over 2 miles with jumps and the horse is tired yet they will whip them to keep them running.

I'm not convinced about this horse. He's beating a whole lot of nothing. The jockey is magical though. He had a nightmare on little big bear at ascot but he's the best I've ever seen. Absolute genius

If Ryan Moore rode the perfect ride , Chris dumbmuro rode the most shite ride in the race.

What a brilliant ride for Chris Demuro on shahryar, had Auguste Rodin’s lane , would have kept Rodin looking for dead ends, but NOOOO wait , I have an idea let’s give Rodin this lane and lose 3 lengths going 4wide and then reduce the losing margin to Rodin by 1.25 lengths. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DEMURO. F-I

He is like Sunday Silences, image, it's quite remarkable really.

King of steel was a good length ahead of winner into the final turn. Out of the turn he's 3 lengths back but going just aswell as the winner. Shocking tactics.

Class 👌jockey and horse …I would love to see him stay in training but I think he’s just too valuable to risk anything happening to him …I think he would be even better as a 4 yr old

Beautiful horse, bolted around that final turn like a greyhound. Great ride, and a great horse. The ears pricked when he had it won - makes you wonder how much more he has locked away. Shame we will probably never know like with many others. Looking forward to seeing his progeny.

A race that bears repeated viewing. Top stuff!

The ride of the meeting was Buick on Master of the Seas, this was a good ride but he’s on Rodin a double Derby winner. Like Mick on Sea The Stars in the Arc he was on a monster and could put him anywhere.

Twice they cheated with this horse, it finished stone cold last on two separate occasions.
They know when a horse is not fit and when it isn't.

Great so see a horse give the Derby (and Irish Derby) a tremendous boost and prove that they should never be run shorter than a mile and a half. I hope we get a Breeders Cup for stayers one day. I am sure the Americans would have loved Stradivarius if he ever had the chance to shine over there !

Moore should give Crowley a few tips he was all over the place, ended up about five wide at the turn.

Was a great win by the son of Deep Impact. What made it more special was his Grandsire won the Breeders Classic too.
But it was also great to see Auguste go off favourite at 9/4 and deliver the victory.
I think all the European horses were well beaten.
Well done to King of Steel was only 3-4 lengths back after only 2 weeks rest.
Auguste was way back at one stage but Ryan was lucky to have the rail.

What a horse the winner is. I have said this about 3 races ago, please retire Broome, he's clearly had enough. He's a top money spinner for the yard. Nows the time to show him some respect.

Even after this win I can’t really state that this is a great racehorse
There are still many question marks about just how good he is.

Very smooth win, looked the winner even before they turned for home. The track and going was right up his street. I don't know what the plans are for him as far as being kept in training, but if does stay in training, good ground, and left handed tracks will probably always be the key for him.
