So why dont we have powerful magnets on a light low friction train and highly powerful magnets repelling it along all powered by cam. As the train passes the repelling magnet are briefly introduced and disappear while the next one in succession breifly appears on the 20m long cam. Its all in sync to allow continuous forward motion. When there are hills you can have attraction mode as well on the cam . The repulsion cams only activate from a signal given from a front carriage and so with the attraction from a signal from the rear. The cams are actually driven from the rotation of the wheels of the carriage which allows ease to keep synchronised! The cam run along the bottom of the carriage and permanent magnets are placed in specific positions in between the railway lines. The electric motor driven cams are increased with speen The faster you wish to go !
