It's good to see you ❤
Ответитьlove you Kelli, thank you for this message!
ОтветитьGreat video. I also add herbal bulb enemas for chronic pain relief and chronic pain management.
ОтветитьThanks, this is what I learned in my Pain Management course.
ОтветитьYes good to see you Kelli, miss you! Thank you for this encouragement
ОтветитьLook at my little sweety pieee. I haven't seen you guys in like 7 years. I moved countries and got easy access to a gym but i never unsubscribed! So happy to see you ❤
ОтветитьMiss you, Kelli! Great message.🧡
Ответить🟢💚
ОтветитьThanks Kelli. I have fibromyalgia and other medical issues. I used to do FB videos but they started flaring me about a year ago. The only one I can do now is one of your stretching videos. I’ve been trying to go for walks when I’m up to it and stopping once I notice my symptoms kick up. I have ED history too so it’s a tough change going from pushing too hard to pushing in the correct amount. What an important point you brought up about how movement can trigger nervous system responses. That resonates for me a lot. Thanks again ❤
ОтветитьKelli! I miss your workouts. I found you guys in 2014 and I’m still showing up. This is great advice. I deal with Achilles tendinitis, it does flare up, so I have to back off some days. Good to see you Kelli!❤
ОтветитьRead the article versus watching the video (will view later). I know this was a message from above because the notification completely caught me off guard. I normally disregard YT pings but seeing the title made me curious. As a person living with chronic pain I absolutely appreciate the article/video. This has been an extremely hard road to navigate alone. Great tips given that I'll be putting a plan of action together to begin this week!
ОтветитьMiss you ❤
ОтветитьIt's so good to see you Kelli! 🧡 I don't have chronic pain but I do have occasional sciatica issues. Reminders like these to listen to your body have helped me so much over the years
ОтветитьWhat kind of chronic pain are you struggling with 😮😢?
ОтветитьTrue that! Thanks so much for the right words at just the right time ❤
ОтветитьThis felt so good to watch this video. I have endometriosis and it’s very painful for me. Everyday I am in pain so it feels good to not be alone. I love working out and it sucks not being able to workout like I used to. I am trying to keep up with it and build up my tolerance. I think not giving up is what matters. Don’t give in to the pain. ❤
ОтветитьThank you so much for the advice you and the other members, you guys help me out so much even when I struggle getting out of bed and my body aches so so so much.
Thank you guys for everything you do :)
For people trying to manage pain , such as arthritis and other ailments, you might want to research the use of pokeberries. While they can be toxic if not used correctly, I have known people who stated they experience great relief of pain, better than pharmaceuticals when ingesting them. Apparently, you do not chew the berries, but swallow one frozen berry whole, as needed, in very small doses. Folks from the South and Native Americans have used poke berries for their medicinal properties for many years. I wish you all good health and great healing!
ОтветитьWow you read my mind. I have chronic pain in my chest, head and wrist. A lot of days I feel like I can't bring myself to get active even though I know I need to. I never thought of it this way, where we identify our limit. I guess it goes to show that we should focus on what we are capable of, not what we are not capable of. We always have something to give. Thanks as always.
ОтветитьThank you so much for the motivational words. It's just what I needed. ❤
ОтветитьThanks Kelli. Working out with you for so many years it gives a special feeling seeing you and Daniel in a new video. Like a warm feeling, like " home" ❤
ОтветитьI've missed seeing you in a new workout video! I'm grateful for you company and videos. I live with chronic pain for the past 7 years. Thank you for making me feel seen!
ОтветитьI feel seen ♥
ОтветитьI'm in the middle of a big chronic pain and fatigue flare up, everything you said here is really great and what i needed someone to tell me, i love your vids 🥰
ОтветитьYou are the best ❤
ОтветитьGIRL WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? You been missed
ОтветитьThank you very much Kelli ! 🙂💪🏼
ОтветитьKELLI!! Thankyou for a fitness expert that gets this!
ОтветитьSo happy to see you kelly !🎉
ОтветитьThis is wild I’m in bed with a lupus flare today and was crying because I missed my weight training today and I’ve been beating myself up today over it.
ОтветитьKelli! Thank you for putting this video out into the world. I've been working out with you since 2013 when I had my first baby and couldn't find a way to get to the gym regularly anymore. A couple years ago a chronic pain condition crept up and caught me way off guard. I am not used to being sidelined or having to work at a lower capacity in any way. It's unfamiliar and frustrating and the self talk definitely can be less than neutral! Thank you for this reminder and permission to go slow. It means a ton coming from my #1 fitness person. The only person who has come close to Kelli & Daniel is Billy Blanks. Lol! Am I the only one from our generation that was doing those Tae-bo videos all through the 90's?! 😆 Anyway, I am still with you 5 days a week come hell or high water. I saved the link to the article to my desktop so I can easily navigate to the kinder workout options on those harder days.
ОтветитьThank you so much, Kelli ❤️❤️❤️ This message was very much needed. It was a nice surprise to see you! 😊❤️
ОтветитьKelli!!!
ОтветитьIt was great to see Kelli! I miss seeing her and Dan on here.
ОтветитьAside from The Way of Kings I really enjoyer Half a Soul by Olivia Atwater (cozy fantasy romance) and Pet by Akwaeke Emezi
ОтветитьGod you’re awesome Kelli 🥰
ОтветитьI am so glad to see you Kelli ❤️
ОтветитьOh! This explains why you're so good at showing exercises that can be adapted to whatever level you're at! I have RA and was unmedicated for a year so I lived with pain, limited range of motion, and stiffness. Despite this, I went on a month long trip by train (Amtrak rail pass) all around the USA. So, I had to sit for hours on end. But every time we made a stop I did parts of one of your beginner cardio low impact routines on the platform! It kept me mobile and feeling ok throughout the trip!
ОтветитьHey Kelli! Thanks for this video. I live with a rare, progressive bone disease. This has helped, as I used push myself past my limits and pay for it. I hope you are well, you all changed my life!
ОтветитьGood to see you Kelli❤️
ОтветитьThank you for this
In 2018, when i first started exercising, i first followed yalls videos and lost weight
Flash forward now, and i haven't exercised since 2020 due to health problems and muscle wasting, so your low intensity workouts will help so much. Thank you ❤
I have been watching this channel since I was 15 I guess Thank you and happy to see you and Daniel .. and btw I really like your eyes color , sending love from Saudi Arabia 🥹🩵🩵
Ответить🖤✨🌖
ОтветитьHave you tried lithium ascorbate in Normotim for mental clarity?
ОтветитьThis presentation was extremely important for keeping me motivated during my neurological disease journey. I can’t stop thinking about this video and how astute Kelli is. Wow, she really understands what I am going through, but she understands even so much more, as she has the experience and knowledge to guide us beyond the pain, beyond the frustration. Thank you so much, Kelli!
ОтветитьWhat kind of chronic pain are you dealing with? 😢
ОтветитьThank you, this was really inspiring because exercise has been something that's helped me even though I have a chronic illness. I had to slow down a lot and listen to my body so that I didn't push myself too much but just enough to keep up muscle mass (even though I've lost a lot) and feel good about myself by trying to keep my stamina and mobility where it is instead of lose anymore.
ОтветитьLove you Kelli. I’ve been struggling a lot. Can you make some videos for pelvic floor?
ОтветитьKelli, you’re amazing! ❤️ Thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do 😊
