"Do more of what makes you happy" may seem like a over-simplistic explanation, and to some may feel like a disappointing message in light of his transformation. You may feel like you want to know what the "secret" was. I think as simple as the message may first appear, there is some layered depth to it. So often we don't do what makes us happy...we do what gives us short-term gratification (food, booze, sex, drugs, etc.), and we deny ourselves the real substantive things in life that ultimately provide the longer term growth and peace of mind. "Do more of what makes you happy" is an affirmation, and a reminder to treat yourself well, be good to yourself, give yourself permission to live your life to it's fullest.

ОтветитьI hear a lot of people saying "weight" has nothing to do with fitness, but they're wrong. It is key. A scale is a measuring device that is a MUST when someone is starting out in a heavier carriage.

I got to 6 lbs of my high school weight of 185 , (50th class reunion, not a good site , 11 % already dead) doing 2x25 100 yd sprints each day and lifting til I slipped on sprint # 1,709 barefoot in rain. 97.1 miles totaled. Tore muscle , on IR. Will prep for next spring with treadmill in winter. Goal next year is 200 days of 2x25 or 10,000. Age 68. Not giving up. I can do it. Into it.

Ответитьto much Weight is a Nature Law .. your alone ..this prgram start .. you become massive Weight ... if you are not alone anymore .. you loose it .. and you do nothingh for the Weight loose ... .. its true no gym no diet ... i loose weight after not alone anymore .. 20 kg in 3 months ... some times all 300 Nature Laws verry bad to us ..
