Australian flake is the best. Surprised the squid was still good after you left it so long. Golden rule, always eat squid first. It’s funny, tourists always go battered fish and chips.

Living in Australia, I think grilled salmon / kingfish is the best. When I get fish and chips with my friends, 80% of us have grilled.
