Involution- everyone is getting plastic surgery so all of a sudden normal faces are not acceptable anymore. In addition, the “investment” of “improving” your appearance with the hope of getting better jobs, more pay ends up being a diminishing return as everyone now has the same face. The reason that beauty is considered beautiful is because it is rare. If everyone is beautiful, will it still be considered beautiful? Maybe traits which were once considered to be unattractive will become more coveted because they will be unique. Now that everyone has big puffy lips, I find myself liking small delicate lips more now.

Plastic surgery was invented and performed first in India. But it was only used for medical purposes. I think plastic surgery should be only done when necesssary and not for beauty purpose

Just see the fact, see the video or photo of someone when they in elementary school, or junior high school, that's the real face of people. See the age before someone could undergo a plastic surgery.

Their young people are consuming a disproportional amount of western media, especially from the US. Many of the women after multiple procedures look fully Caucasian. Ironically they are actually prettier (and more unique) before the surgeries. It is so sad that they have abandoned their own beauty standards (in addition to much of their culture) and opted to copy the Western look as well.

Doctors that do plastic surgery they never do for them self and they know consequences in future that's why they not use plastic surgery
