I'd like use car lternator to power on hashboard asic miner(l3+ 800w that ha 4 of them and any of them got 250w)
The car's aletrnator output is 14v
I need circut for convert 14v to 12v for power on the hashboard. That runs by 12v 200w.
My idea is generate electricity with mown engine. Whitout use convertor 12v dc to ac 220. I would like to use 14v for power on asic directly whitout power modules. (220v 1600w)

Can i use Atx to convert 14v to 12v with 20A or higher? I need a circut for this convert. For lower cost. My asic has 4 of hashboards.
Are the voltage and Current damage hashboard?

Per caricare una batteria 12 volt ,un alimentatore o alternatore devono avere un uscita di 14 volt cc,l'amperaggio è relazionato alla portata dell'accumulatore in AMPH.
Per cui bisogna misurare il voltaggio in uscita e gli ampér per essere sicuri di una carica ottimale senza danneggiare o far esplodere l'accumulatore (batteria).
Non causare scintille,non accendere fiamme in caso sia un ambiente chiuso,la carica di batterie con soluzioni acide causa una reazione di gas altamente infiammabili (IDROGENO).

hi Alfred, how to remove the protection for this ic, and is there a way to modify the voltage and current adjustments like ic 339 and 494

I have done this mod in two power supply units 230W with TL494, I made a tension divisor with a 5k pot and 1k resistence (12V Out to pot pin 1/ pin 2 to R1K, and the othe side to negative. In the middle I took a cable to the TL494 pin 1), of course, I cut the line that used to feed this pin 1 first.


Now I can control the Volts from 2.5 to 14.5.

I use 27k because on electronic shop dont have 26k .. I use on my Salpido 500w power supply and I got around 13.4v 24A
