He’s annoyed that they’re pushing their views on him, but his view is that he has a right to murder his wife. He’s a murderer.
ОтветитьI filled out my advance directive 2 weeks ago.
ОтветитьThose people with the tape are monsters
Ответить"The most expensive plant you'll ever seeeeeeeee"
ОтветитьShe had the right to live!!
ОтветитьIf Terri were still alive she’d either have a talk show or be in Trumps cabinet
ОтветитьOnce again the media participated in splitting the American people. Time and time again the media creates these issues for views.
ОтветитьFor such a religious country, it's funny how scared Americans are of death. Death is not sad, it will happen to all of us. But keeping someone in a vegetative state is extremely selfish. They weren't truly thinking of their daughter's wishes, only their own pain at losing her. Parents please remember that you DON'T OWN your children. Raising them is a privilege, not a right. Give them the dignity of being an individual who should make their own decisions, even in a medical crisis.
ОтветитьFrom what I know, the most disgusting people involved in this are the ones who turned her and her crisis into a political issue. Whether or not they should have removed her feeding tube was a very complex and personal issue and I would be remiss to speak to what should have been done, so I won't!
ОтветитьNow we lost Roe v Wade. If Trump lives Kovorkian laws will be no more.
ОтветитьBut you never get to the root cause of why he wanted the tube yanked.
ОтветитьI propose that if she was able to think and perceive and understand, then that was EVEN WORSE. Because that meant she was similar to someone with locked in syndrome, only able to be horrified with her condition.
ОтветитьAt the end of the day, this was a private matter and the people, especially the government have no business interfering with it.
ОтветитьThis guy murdered his wife. Her family would have taken great care of her. She clearly is in there, aware and happy around her family.
ОтветитьI rather die...
ОтветитьThe humane decision was made
ОтветитьAs someone who is bulimic I'd this happened to me I would rather someone let me die than have to live in a vegetative state, ironically they were fighting to remove her feeding tube when it was an eating disorder caused it in the first place so sad she had to live like this I have a pacemaker and defibrillator because of bulimia making a hereditary heart condition worse
ОтветитьI know if my family made my medical condition a media spectacle, I would never forgive them. Let me die in peace if I can't take care of myself.
ОтветитьSuch a selfish choice from her family. Her brothers words confirm that it was a selfish decision by saying “we don’t care if she improves”. Her husband was the only one who had her best interest at heart. He KNEW she didn’t want to “live” like that.
ОтветитьAnyone else find it ironic that these extreme "right-to-life" advocates are willing to threaten lawyers opposing their views with terrorism? Doesn't sound very pro-life to me.
ОтветитьNah man this case was painted as controversial when it really shouldn’t have been. Terri’s parents just couldn’t let her go. It’s one of the saddest stories I’ve ever heard, but they were still in the wrong. She wasn’t living.
ОтветитьNerves take ten years to regenerate. Too long to wait.
ОтветитьWhy was Terri being called a 'little girl'? She was in her 20s when she had her attack, and she was in her 30s-40s when these legal battles were happening. This was a grown woman who told her husband what she wanted. Listen to her.
ОтветитьWho was paying the medical bills? I mean… sheesh… so many years…
ОтветитьShe died the day it happened
Ответить“The most expensive plant you’ll see!”
ОтветитьIf Terri's parents were true religious people, they would know that when she and her husband got married, that the parents and in-laws no longer have authority. The spouse does. How dare her parents fight what her husband wanted. He was the one married to her, not them.
ОтветитьIt’s important to keep your power of attorney documents in a safe place and to ensure that someone else is aware of their location. This document grants a designated individual the authority to make decisions, including the power to remove a person from life support, without question from doctors or family members. This ensures that the wishes of the individual are respected.
ОтветитьAs for me I think the husband wanted this more then the parent ... where is he now ??????
ОтветитьThe fact there’s crazy ppl siding with the family is wild to me. The Parents are basically the same as Jon Benoit Ramseys parents. They don’t care about her. They love the attention. They love being looked at as god fearing loving parents.

ОтветитьCrazy that uneducated idiots sided with her parents fighting against educated people is wild
ОтветитьThere’s religious belief and then there’s nonsense. Unfortunately many religious people will never see that. They defend bigotry and abuse of power all the time and it’s sad.
ОтветитьForcing a person you love to continue living when their brain no longer functions is up there with cruel and unusual punishment, torture and selfishness. One thing’s for sure, it isn’t love.
ОтветитьKeep her alive for who?
She wasn't there anymore.
My mom had dementia and went into the hospital for 5 days and we were told she didn't have much longer. So we talked to hospice and signed a DNR on her behalf. She had always told us she didn't want to live like that
ОтветитьThis is remarkably biased reporting that leaves out the Schindler's side almost entirely. They've stated multiple times that her death was NOT peaceful at all. A lot of disabled people who are still able to speak once said we'd not like to live "if", but we certainly don't want to be ordered to die now. Who had the right to say Terri wasn't in the same boat?
ОтветитьDid she have an insurance policy? Might explain his motivation.
ОтветитьHas it really been twenty years?
RIP Terri, Dec 3, 1963 – March 31, 2005
W3w Bells are ringing now ridiculous singels obstacle

ОтветитьGame made for singelitos
Singelito here in Florida Tampa you defecation is massive singelito.
I feel deep sympathy for her parents, I really do. No parents should ever have to consider this. That being said, her husband ultimately did what was best for her.
ОтветитьHer parents absolutely were not acting in Terri’s best interest, or doing what she would want.
She struggled heavily with her body image growing up. I can guarantee that she would hate being blasted all over the media in that state.
P. S. I guarantee you, that she did not die peacefully!!
ОтветитьUnbelievable how Republicans argued for "the sanctity of human life" even as they were waging a hopeless war destined to fail in Iraq that cost literally hundreds of thousands of lives.
Ответитьwe studied this in nursing school. we we’re studying ethics and looking at all kinds of famous cases. this was one that stood out to me.
