Thank you very much for the great video. I did most of the things you offered but still find a higher CPU because of the Chrome browser. When working on chrome, the browser just freezes and when going to the task manager the CPU is high because of the browser. When going there I have a high number in the brackets (30) and sometimes even higher. I was thinking that the number applies to the number of tabs open but I do not have so many tabs open. I tried to reinstall, do updates, and clean cookies and memory search but nothing worked. Should I think of switching to a different browser? or there is something else that can be done.

Thanks for the video, but none of these worked for me. I fixed the problem by getting Media Creation tool and upgrading from 21H2 -> 22H2. This also fixed the Windows upgrade errors telling me there were updates and security fixes missing, but wouldn't let me update them. I think Microsoft intentionally screws up Windows, trying to force people to the latest version so they don't have devote so much time and resources to older versions.

I've noticed I'll fix my computer, it will run considerably faster, and then microsoft FORCES an update that LITERALLY UNDOES the things I did to fix my PC. 100% disk usage comes back, and my computer is a turd until I can fix it again. I've been using windows since the 2000/ME days, and I've earned an engineering degree in the meantime. Windows Vista, 8, & 10 are/were TERRIBLE operating systems. They're so clunky, slow, and problematic compared to previous versions. I wanted to keep windows 7, and every time a prompt appeared telling me to "upgrade" to windows 10, I declined it. One evening after midnight I found my computer AUTOMATICALLY UPDATING TO WINDOWS 10 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I hate how Microsoft operates (no pun intended). I really think they're screwing with us on purpose & ignoring complaints & common sense.

Man got sysmain disabled and watched over 20 videos already and still at 100% disk usage
