Karch made a smart decision here and it worked out well! Plummer and skinner were not passing good with those jump serves so he brought in the better passers, Larson and cook, and Drew’s and the two middles stepped in more. Larsons arm isn’t what it used to be but she has heart and can still put that ball away if she digs deep within herself as the leader of this team!

Good luck to this squad......I think it will still be very challenging for it to get a medal this time. Again, they struggled against this French team and nothing against France, but USA will be facing far more elite teams than this moving forward........not sure it is going to go well for them. A total revamp will be needed if they wish to do well come 2028 Olympics........

Are Kevin Barnett and Paul Sunderland still with NBC? perhaps they did not mean to pick on Ogbogu's name, but they came across like they were making fun of her name. They had pronounced her name many times before and pronounced it correctly. But in this era that we live in now, you can't do those things,... or you'll be canceled whether you mean it in a bad way or not. At one point they called her name ogblockgu and they went on and on and on and wouldn't let it go. I also believe they should be replaced because even though they are knowledgeable about volleyball, in every match they have a conversation of their own and go off topic and forget they should be talking about the match itself that they are supposed to comment on. After that match, they did not comment on the other matches that were on TV afterwards, and they usually do. Today they are not the commentators on TV either.

Only one good dig by Wong-Orantes on the highlights, thats basically unheard of and she must've been having an off game. Everyone picked it up and its nice to see them still win!
Sure she'll crush the next one like she usually does.
