ОтветитьSorry but this is not crispy at all. I have had successfully made other recipes by this Bombay chef. The issue is with the proportions. I tried another recipe that had flour 1cup + semolina 1 cup, which resulted in a papdi that stayed crisp even when cooled. You just need the dough to be a bit more soft than shown here as semolina will continue to absorb water.

Ответитьwrong recipe , with wheat flour you cant make crispy papdi, it has to have maida (all purpose flour). i tried recipe with wheat flour and its not crispy at all. waste of time
