Zwift vs Trainerroad: Starting my cycling training with a ZWIFT ramp test to find my true FTP (2023)

In this video, I start my 2023 cycling training camp with a ZWIFT ramp test to find my true baseline FTP. I still consider myself a beginner cyclist and I’ve been using Trainer Road for a few years. After a month of zone 2 riding, I was curious how accurate their AI FTP detection would be so I put it to the test. Is it accurate? Let’s do a zwft ramp test and find out.
