Lisa, Thanks for your great instruction and example in how to achieve these poses! Great explanation with much patience. The photos are exceptional in their clarity. These asanas are some of my yoga goals.

I followed this video by chance intended to learn something about yoga and i felt well and relaxed to open my hip. After some years of stoping this exercise, i feel back pain and search again this video as i remember how well i felt before. I am sure i going to do it again as a routine.

Ok I assume this is just supposed to demonstrate the poses because every pose is only one side, and she does not actually hold for the recommended 5 breaths

Thank you very much!!!😊I already tried few tutorials, but this is the best so far. I tried it today before ma Zazen meditation, and I was already able to do half lotus😊I trained some other exercises for already one month and there were very little or no results….Thanks one more time again! I will keep going🥳My goal is to do full lotus!:)

Are you supposed to feel pain in the hips? Or should I reduce the stretch? Thank you!

Not sure if this video is still getting current views but... I couldn't even get into most of the poses! SO NOT FLEXIBLE HERE! She makes it look effortless. I need someone to relate to, as a 40 yr old man who hasn't properly stretched in decades! Good poses. Sure I'll be sore in the am!

I notice that none of this instructors say that in butterfly pose one has to push one feet to the other so the hip opens more. Don’t know why

A wonderful routine!!!
An improvement in the mobility of the hips is immediately felt, but also a general sense of well-being for the entire pevic and lumbar area.
Thank you so Much. NAMASTÉ 🙏

Thanks for your video and instructions. I just feel it’s irrresponsible to not guide viewers through both sides of the posses. I had to rewind, and the flow and connection to your commentary was lost which is dangerous in these poses. And thanks, I feel really good now!

If you don't mind me saying..I strongly suggest you to practice more hips poses openings since you appear to be quite stiff into your hips and lower back, by the way your last asana is not king pigeon as you call it..The blind leading the blinds 🤦‍♀

The instructions are nice and all, but I’d like to see the poses shown on the other side as I got confused with the order of poses even though I’m an experienced yoga instructor.

Great video. I will in the future pause to do both sides as the video progresses. That would be my only suggestion for improvement, to take a bit longer, hold each stretch, and do both sides. But this is what I need... just need to use the pause button.
