I feel I have made progress at last

Is it normal to feel tightness in my throat and chest when I do this meditation?

So… when I was cleansing, I was seeing a purplish light kind of moving outward… and then you mentioned indigo and I was literally no longer questioning my abilities anymore. Thank you so much.

I don't even know how to describe the way this has effected me. I have never had such intense visualizations while meditating. I saw so many colors and shapes and light. My guides told me to not be afraid and that I am protected. I feel at peace.

I have had a horrible headache on my right side of head & temple ever since I did this, this morning.. Does anyone know why? I enjoyed this very much, AMAZING & emotional!! I am trying to unblock and educate myself more on my gifts & just don’t understand why I am hurting like this? Maybe it’s unrelated and just a coincidence?

I’m this is my first time doing anything like this and I didn’t know what to expect. I felt I slow wave of energy that built into a panic attack but not like a hyperventilating one if that makes sense? And then at the end I started seeing flashes of something? Like a park? It was weird and now I still don’t feel quite myself, almost like in someone else’s body. I feel nuts saying all this lol
