Tapio Koskinen announces the eLearning Papers topics for 2014

Tapio Koskinen (Aalto University) is one of the members of the Editorial Board of eLearning Papers, the online journal of Open Education Europa. In this video, he talks about the topics that we can look forward to reading about in the 2014 issues of eLearning Papers.

He also speaks about how non-formal education is encouraged at the new Aalto University, where he is the Head of Infrastructures for Learning and Research.
