The thing is, blackout Tuesday was an online protest but not a requirement for everyone to do. If she chose to post pics of herself, then that’s her choice. However, some of the other comments were insensitive but I’ve definitely heard worse and more blatant, direct racism where the person hasn’t been fired. I suppose it’s up to MTV though and people do have to take accountability for what they write on social media.
