Hi Mark, the Chinese character of Relax, Loosen, Lax in this episode is wrong. It should be 松, not 宋.

Mark, I have been searching the internet this morning for a way to send you a message. I can find no email address. Your interview with Dr. Chuckrow inspired me to do a video showing step-by-step how to ignite paper with your Qi, as he mentions on your interview. I was also deeply interested in his claim that his students could feel his Qi across Zoom, even if they are in other states or countries. How do we reach you to send you a message?

Wonderful interview, not only for all of the valuable information itself but the sheer decency, generosity and warmth of you two gentlemen. Today's my first experience with you both and I'll be a regular visitor and sharer of your channels in the future. Thank you both so much.

I'm a retired electrical engineer. I say chi is something we SUMMON and assemble. Your body maintains 98 degrees, ff it was 98 outside right now, our air conditioner would be on. Your body has over 26 trillion cells, each of which holds .7 volts. Whenever we move, voluntarily or otherwise, we are using our innate bioelectric energy. Plus, we live in a sea of electromotive force called the Magnetosphere. which fluxes with vast electromotive force.

Every Tai Chi practitioner should read "We Are Electric" by Sally Adee.
