Had a friend die because he would not abandon his gun. It was an old RA with closed muzzle. If not carefully strung, the shooting line could get trapped by a rubber in the muzzle and then you had no reel line. As a last resort he cut his line. The gun floated up, but it was then too late for him. Scuba divers were able to find him the next morning. Much oil rig diving is done in low vis water. All the safety parameters are mostly ignored because you only catch glimpses of those diving with you.

The reminder of we as humans are interacting with Mother Nature with every meal. The necessity of taking the life of a fish with a spear fisherman is a given that is infinitely more selective, defined, and arguably more humane than conventional fishing, be it for sport or via net. Natural Law if respected will be in balance. It is when greed and wanton wasteful desire to maximize harvest for the purpose monetary benefit that the pendulum is pushed too far. Respect Natural Law and all things will balance. Great video and nice use of music in background with impact timing with lyrics. Well done!
