for me after a big win there always seems to be a mechanism in place that makes sure any other slots I touch are dead (I have that consistent experience on online casino's). If the machines don’t account how much money is put in and how much money is paid out and they don’t keep track of pay in and pay out, if they genuinely are based on each spin being heads or takes then how do they keep track to make sure they are paying out the 75-90% that the law requires them to pay out? It just doesn’t make sense that they can verify that they are paying out 75% if the machines are not keeping track of how much money is being spent and how much is being paid out. Can you please explain this to me so that it makes sense?

When it comes to the concept of the "random number generator" it simply does not exist. The software to generate such a number is written by somebody, to do exactly that. Problem is, a truly "random" number can never really be selected. Random number, means there is absolutely nothing whatsoever that has affected the selection of any particular number. If that's the case, then the software can never really select a random number, something had to happen for it to select any particular number, if it was truly random, it would never select any number at all, since nothing is affecting the outcome.

I honestly don't believe you. I've let the machine run after hitting the spin button, but on many, many other occasions would stop the reels, especially on the buffalo machines, and always get the bonus. So no, I don't think you have insider knowledge, and I speak from experience, playing quite a bit.

They make the reports, who knows if they are accurate, as long as they "say" the machines are above 75% the gaming commission is fine with it.
I was at a casino once and questioned the payout on a machine. The casino said they have a gaming commission rep on site 24/7. So I requested they call him down from his 'hotel suite'. During our conversation, I ask for verification of the settings on that particular (non-progressive) machine. He told me that he would check it, but "I would have to take his word for it", he would not let me witness the verification. I knew at that point, he was in the casino's pocket. I used to work in slot Manufacturing. You basically hit the nail on the head for every point. One thing I may mention is at the random number generator it's not necessarily cycling through millions of combinations. Each factor in the game has its own decision point which is weighted. There is a number assigned to each event that can happen in the game. Then several random numbers are chosen. I'm going to make a video shortly that clearly explains how the math Works behind the scenes
