I am a British army veteran, 6 front line operational tours in several different conflict zones, I'm left suffering from PTSD which is crippling, my sleep is non existent, social life is same!! Single and terribly lonely! I've witnessed and been involved in horrors no person should ever have to see! I long to escape! Even if just for a short while, releasing me for a few precious moments from my torment! My country cares far more about immigrants than it does it's own! 16 years I sacrificed for the nation I so dearly love! I long to be far away in another country, but how is something I have absolutely no idea about? I ask God to help maybe, and I truly believe in him! So he may give me a chance to live again! I need someone who would find as much interest and joy from studying the somewhat unknown, I'm a crypto zoologist in essence, as my greatest therapy comes from my year's long researching of sasquatch or as some call them "bigfoot" they are not myths, they do infact exist!! 100% they do!! And they are something to behold! Fascinating!! Thankyou to those who read this, I do apologise for going on a bit!! I tried to keep it short! Really I did!! Astral

I have listened to these tones now for quite a while say over a year and have been unsuccessful in astral projection but have reached states sometimes where I’m so relaxed and a few times my whole body had been numb ,I have had about 4 times these instances where for 30 seconds I have seen faces all messing together and moving inside my eye lids and doesn’t look like a normal picture but more like a photo negative which is quite cool,I was wondering if there is any astral projection methods out there that people might recommend for me,I love these tones as well as they have this hum feeling about them.always love this community as everyone just seems to want the same two things in live,love and peace.

As long as I have tried I’ve never remembered do it but I know I do it all the time. Any help with control and the ability to do and remember at will, would be much appreciated.

I have only astral projected once in my lifetime. I separated from my body, it felt like separating from liquid and when totally disconnected I floated upwards turning to see myself l
sitting there lifeless and could travel at the speed of thought. i believe this is what happens when your physical body dies. I felt a freedom like no other and started traveling faster and faster approximately 100 feet or so obove the earth. i had no physical form but I had a thought that scared me and was immediately pulled backwards into my body.

This is garbage. Binural beats require two different frequencies, one in each ear (which is why head phones are required), that create a third frequency. A track like this has had the two combined into one and doesn't work.

Needed this! Thank you. I astral project spontaneously. I’ve done this my whole life. Saw myself for the first time at about 3 years old, I remember it even now because it was so significant. I was just floating about 2-3 inches above myself looking straight down at my face. I had no fear then like I have now for some reason. I’ve been trying now for 20 years to break free from the fear I feel when I go out. Because of it, I just stay in my house and float around it. My kids did not believe I could do this. So I have then write down something on a piece of paper and put it in on the kitchen table. (We have security cameras downstairs so they’d know if I were to go peek) ..anyway, as usual I went out, (I do this spontaneously about 3-4x per week) went downstairs and saw the note. However, for just a second the letters seemed to blur in and out of like a 3-d shape, so it took me a second to focus. Colors, at least for me, are different and very VERY vibrant when I’m out of body. I got the word correct and now my kids are fascinated. My 12 year old son, spontaneous had an OBE at 8 years old. He said however that he had no conscious thoughts or feelings. He said he was just pure awareness. He could only look at things in other words. When he woke up however he was able to tell my daughter and I who were having a conversation outside his bedroom down the hall very quietly what we were talking about. There’s no way he heard us had he been awake in his bed because his door was closed and we were at a soft whisper and all the way at the end of the hall. Plus his emotional reaction to the experience I could tell was genuine because I could relate to exactly what he was saying it felt like and how it basically changes your whole paradigm no matter your beliefs or maturity at 8 or like me, I was 3 with the first one (that I can recall with certainty anyway) so yeah. Been astral projecting 30 years and for 20 of them, I’ve been held back by fear. I don’t know how to release this fear. I have a ton of childhood trauma and have suffered great loss, from a child, my dad at 11, and my brother just this last year whom was my best friend because we went through so much trauma together as kids. We’ve always stayed inseparable even as adults. And then, just like that on 3/22/22, he was ripped away. So now I’m really wanting to let go of this fear so that I can set an intention to go see my brother to heal my extremely potent grief. I have 4 kids, I need to unbreak myself! Any suggestions from anyone would be greatly appreciated!!!!! Oh and also, I’ve been told that the fact I AP so often spontaneously, that it’s quite rare I have this ability. Is that true?

Does this hemi sync stuff really only work with headphones or should i get the same benefit just listening over a laptop speaker as I fall asleep. I guess the idea of headphones seems like it would work better since the idea is to go from right to left which doesnt really work without the headphones?
