sweetened condensed milk works better; there's no sugar in the cocoa.

100 grms of Cocoa powder to 200 ml of Condensed milk will make it on the bitter side. Won't it ?

Does 1/2 Cu cocoa powder means 50 grms ?

I tried this recipe. Very nice. But I used only 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (it requires 1 cup!!). So it's not as chocolatey as I'd like. I also threw in a little butter to make it rich. Next time, I'll use a full cup of cocoa.

Wow. That's super simple. No need to keep cooking the condensed milk. Just add the cocoa to the warmed c-milk and roll it into balls !!! WOW !! I'd prolly add some coffee powder in there. BTW, 100gms of cocoa powder is 13.5 tablespoons or 1 cup.
