How do you remove the clutch? I think the clutch on my scooter is stuck.

Does fly100 has same engine mounts with fly125?

Where did u get the tool to hold the Variator in place while u tighten? As I don't have a impact and always have to take my scooter to a friends to change belts...that tool would help me out

Had to take my clutch to a scooter shop and I gave the counter guy $20 just to spread the pulley and get the belt in...( I'm 74 with pretty bad arthritis....lol ) Just an idea, for any others having this problem. HINT: If you have someone do this for you, make sure that the belt is facing where the writing can be read, looking down at the clutch as it's spread. If there are also arrows, they face going left (counter-clockwise).

hey bro I have a piaggio fly 50cc I have big problem to start the engine when the motor is cold I really suffer I cleaned the carb changed the air filter change the plugs but still the same problem.
I need almost 1 hour to start the engine.
Is the valve adjustment can be solution??
