Double Kettlebell Snatch
Set-up:
Feet are set outside squat stance.
Kettlebells starts from the ground between the feet.
Back flat and weight distributed through the entire foot.
Deadlift the kettlebells to a standing position.
Execution:
With long arms, hinge at the hip, maintaining a neutral spine.
Violently extend at the hips and legs.
Shrug the shoulders upwards and pull the elbows high & outside.
As the kettlebell is weightless, rotate it to the back of the arm by punching.
Continue until kettlebells are overhead.
