U should call it a Pi-Strap adjustment because it looks more like the symbol Pi. The Y-Strap should actually be called the Delta-Strap because its shaped more like the Delta symbol than a Y.

I think the way this guy performs this process is perfect. I nice long stretch, which is sufficient enough, in and of itself. Then a *gentle tug at the end (compared to some of the really aggressive yanking I’ve seen from others).

Hello Doctor, I have a question, I’ve gotten severe lower back pain from a degenerative disk, from deadlifting.

When my chiro does that, it sounds like a bone accordion. I'm hard to adjust and I'm always super compressed. So i get the yank, not this weak sauce.
