As a teenage beginner (15 but I started just before I turned 14) I am so much like the adult one, it's annoying since I'm in an ensemble with 8-15 year olds who are way better than me and they literally just chat and play around while I'm trying so hard and still failing xD
ОтветитьYup. I had a guitar student who at one stage came in and read a book.
ОтветитьI am still a kid but after 3 months i can play paganini
Ответитьim that type without violin who is practiced
ОтветитьI’m learning the piano in late middle age….this seems accurate 😂🤦♀️🤷♀️😂
Ответить你們忘了半途而廢的人
Ответитьthis is me with beginner guitar vs flute xD as i kid i used all my flute powers to play meme songs while with guitar which i started recently as a teen im so intent on learning it correctly and getting all the techniques cause i wish i did that initially on flute.
ОтветитьI forgot my clarinet one day at home and my mom had to drive to catch the school bus to give it to me. Mom's are the best but memories aren't
ОтветитьThis is the greatest way to tell if my teenage self is an adult deep down.
ОтветитьYeah stays like this, until the kid becomes a prodigy in that smame second
ОтветитьRelax
ОтветитьI'm a teenager so I have the intention of the adult and the execution of the child
ОтветитьViolince 😭🖐
Ответить😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьWhat is stupider?
Ответитьthe part where brett forgot his book was accurate lol
but you cant really forget a piano at home tho
so accurate, I guess for all instruments, but especially string instruments. I've begun learning the cello as an adult and I couldn't be more excited for learning cello ☺️ I can't learn new stuff on my cello soon enough.
Ответитьthe guitar part is still accurate
ОтветитьI love how Brett’s “not trying” on the Seitz still sounds better than when I actually try… this is why I’ll be sticking to piano…
Ответить😂😂😂😢😮
ОтветитьEven when its an old video,.. its true. Im 43 and have gone for lessons..( 2 so far ) . The over thinking and being tight.. so on point. 😅
ОтветитьYes I need Sibelius violin concerto for my beginner learning!
ОтветитьI have forgotten to bring my book to a lesson before
ОтветитьThis is too real! Oh my god! I'm the adult!
ОтветитьI am the person who wanted to play double bass but the instrument was too big so I went for Violin.
I have had no regrets about Violin since I started 7 years ago and I am thinking about picking up fretless bass in addition to Violin and Viola to cover the whole eq spectrum.
as an adult beginner (/technically relearner), i recognise way too much of myself. the pile of books and the practice journal are spot on 💀
Ответитьi didn’t start to practice violin until age 12 (i started violin at age 7)
ОтветитьSee I started now and I'm kinda between the two.. I am more of an adult though because I wanted to do this
ОтветитьWait, you have to practice AND study for violin?!?!
ОтветитьMe: hiding allll the books I bought before I even had my first lesson
ОтветитьSometimes, the reality is hard...
ОтветитьWhat about those of us who have decided to learn the violin the same time you had your child start to learn the violin with you? 🤣 You're experiencing BOTH of these scenarios at the same time😭😭
Ответитьim the guy who procrastinates practicing until the 10 minutes before class and somehow makes a lot of progress in piano class
Ответитьtoo relatable
Ответить“curved like a square” -eddy
ОтветитьThis is basically the difference between someone who's willing to learn, and someone who's obligated.
ОтветитьThe fact that Brett is older just makes this even better
ОтветитьI used to be the kid - thank goodness I'm not anymore
ОтветитьAnd there is another phase where you aren’t a kid anymore but you aren’t a complete adult either
ОтветитьAfter I had the lesson, I am the adult... but when I put a feet into my house, I am the kid 😂
ОтветитьAs a type A 39-year old who just started one year ago, I can affirm the accuracy of this portrayal. 🤣👏👏😁
ОтветитьMy wife is a violin/viola teacher and she had trouble teaching adults at first - trying to explain things in an adult way. But the adults wanted to learn the bunny rabbit bow hold, and have the same games and stickers as kids.
