Hi Travis! I have been watching you since 2017 (when still a college student) and have always found your content really refreshing, honest, and pure. Please do not fall victim to modern-day toxicity. What helped me was trying to quit social media, porn, comparing myself to others irl, and hooking up/grindr. Doing this has vastly improved my mental health. It is hard because of FOMO, but I really believe the universe will bring forth other gifts in return (less damaging and more fulfilling ones). I was diagnosed 22 years ago. Everyone has to be their own health care advocate. Listen to your body and don't let anyone ever tell you how you should deal with your health care needs. Do what works - not what pharma constantly and consistently pushes to make profits, regardless of the known negative side effects. There's no such thing as a "safe" psychotropic prescribed medicine and everyone's body chemistry reacts differently to everything put into it.
