ОтветитьDude mmy BELLY is GROWLING. NEW SUB FO SURE.
ОтветитьBRO! I dance when I eat as well LOL
ОтветитьAnother first-time watcher here. Your channel is amazing and addictive--I see many interesting recipes and lots of time watching your videos and learning. Thanks for the channel and sharing your knowledge, Arnie!
ОтветитьThanks Arnie for the video. As I always say, the best tacos never make it to the table!
ОтветитьWhat’s the name of the flat grill you cook on top of
ОтветитьLove you dance, lol Firme
ОтветитьThis is pretty bad all the way through, no where does this look like a good plate. That griddle is shit and it goes against good cooking to use it. I hope you get better sponsors.
ОтветитьArnie, Made-In is too expensive for the quality. Lodge products are every bit as good and 1/5 the price.
ОтветитьRan across this video somehow and really enjoyed it! You explain things in an easy way to understand! Can't wait to try this.
ОтветитьLoved the video, going to try it this weekend. Be careful, my friend, Greg Abbott wants to arrest you. New Mexico is cool.
ОтветитьThe tortillas looked amazing too!
ОтветитьJust now found your channel and I already love your personality and spirit. Fajita nachos is one of my most favorite foods ever !!!! With extra queso of course lol
ОтветитьWell? This is why I moved to Central, Texas. It's for this kind of, Tex-Mex, Home Cookin'. Grassy us. I mean thank you. This was precisely what I needed to see and hear! And that looked utterly delicious!
And now I know about your 11 secret herbs and spices. To make fajitas. Now I fully understand, Fajitas. I was never completely clear as to the,, true definition. And it's all about that marinade.. That's what I never got quite right. And you have unlocked the secret for me. To, making Fajitas. Thank you again.
And you look and sound pretty authentic to me. A white Jewish kid from the north. Into Funk and Tex-Mex cooking.
I have a pair of, Induction Cooktops. And a cast-iron griddle. But I'm wondering of this griddle you are selling here. Will work with, Induction Cooktops? I did not hear that mentioned? And that would be a big factor for me. Since I've gone, all electric. No more fossil fuel gas for me. If I can possibly avoid it. It's bad enough I want to live in a Motorhome. But I Gotta Be Free! I gotta be free. Dada, Dada, Dada. I gotta be free. Until I can't anymore. Until I drop and expire.. As that will be the only way for me. When they might find me one day. Mummified. Inside my motorhome in the middle of the desert. And that will be a fitting end. Of my wasted time of more than 6 decades on the planet. And maybe more? Mom is turning 100. So I got some good genes. I'm 68 now. I figure maybe another good, 15 perhaps 20? And then I do it like the Eskimos did. Only I don't want to freeze to death. That is not my cup of tea. I like it warm.
And SOME LIKE IT HOT. One of my favorite movies.
RemyRAD
Chili's does use a flame grill! I know, I cooked a thousand Steaks on it and made Fajitas enmasse.
ОтветитьA cup of dry red wine added to the mix 1-2 minutes while still cooking ,before plating adds a ton of flavor
ОтветитьHey there Arnie love your video. You make it look so easy. Thank you for sharing your secret . Those fajitas made my mouth water. Those looked unbelieveably deliciosos. Que dios te bendiga Artie and familia.
ОтветитьYum!
ОтветитьHopefully this dude doesn't get Bruce Lee'd
ОтветитьI made these today for a Mexican Christmas meal for our large extended family. It was the best fajita's I've ever made! Marinated them overnight. Fantastic flavor and super tender. My niece who works at a restaurant told me these were "way better" than the ones they serve! The beef was the hit of the day!!!! I cooked them on the Weber to get some mesquite smoke on them. Thank you for your fantastic videos from a fellow Texan! Merry Christmas! You ROCK!!!!!!!
ОтветитьHello, I appreciated if you text for me the seasoning you are using for chicken and beef cooking.
Thank you!
WHAT ABOUT CHICKEN FAJITAS?
Ответитьyou may have already done this, but I would love to see a video like this for chicken fajitas
ОтветитьArnie a fellow Texan here and I am trying this recipe tomorrow on the flat grill. Followed your directions and man does it taste amazing. I will update tomorrow, Christmas Day lol! You got to love that Texas weather 😂 update 12/27/2023- Wow! A must from now on. These were so tender and full of flavor. Folks it was simple and delicious. Highly recommend this recipe. Holy Smokes!
ОтветитьThank you 😊
ОтветитьThat's AWESOME Mr. Arnie. Thank you, Sir, for sharing !!
ОтветитьI heard they put water in it before they bring it to your table to give it that sizzle not saying it Alters The Taste but but I heard that was a trick in Mexican restaurants
ОтветитьQuite possibly a very dumb question, but does anyone know what heating unit/range he is using under his Made In griddle?
ОтветитьA Mexican restaurant opened in my little town, and I have fallen in love with their faJitas,..I was getting only steak, but last time I got steak, chicken, AND shrimp, and the shrimp was SOOOO good also,...
ОтветитьLa Vaquita meat market in Brownsville has a papaya enzyme meat tenderizer by Sierra products it’s the best meat tenderizer you can get on the market.
ОтветитьSierra premium brand instant meat tenderizer is made with Pappaya enzymes I buy in Brownsville Tx at a Mexican meat market LaVaquita
ОтветитьI knew you were a good cook when you pulled out the Dale's! Subscribed!
ОтветитьThank you for this!
ОтветитьGood video, however, ALL Tex-Mex restaurants in Texas DO NOT cook fajitas on a griddle..!!
We cook them on a gas/wood burning grill...!!
We also DO NOT cut them into strips until After they come off the grill...!!!
I also kiss the chef after i like the food to bad it get me banned from mexican restaurants 😂😂
ОтветитьWhere can i get some good flour tortilla's?? What brand? I'm in Michigan. Love Fajita burrrito's i used to get at any Mexican drive thru in Southern Calif. Now i am in Michigan and now it's impossible to find a good fajita burrito or taco?
ОтветитьYou are for real my favorite cook.
ОтветитьGreat video, advice, and recipe... What kind of oil do you use on the griddle? I assume it is too hot for olive oil, so would avocado or sesame oil work?
ОтветитьNew Sub!!!!
ОтветитьMy first time seeing your channel, so the first time watching. You make the experience very enjoyable. I chuckled when you intentionally mispronounced fajitas...each time you did it. The look in your eyes when told your lovely lady she needed to taste it and your response after her smooch were the finishing touches to make me subscribe. Also, now I am hungry...at 5:24 A.M. after another sleepless night. 😂😊👍 If your other videos are as intriguing and fun as this one, I will be more than happy that I clicked that button.
Ответить@arnietex do you have a chicken restaurant style fajita marinade recipe somewhere? I saw the grilled one, but not sure if that would be considered the same? Thanks so much! Love your videos & recipes!!
ОтветитьI've been to numerous Mexican restaurants to eat fajitas. But there is one added ingredient that just adds kilos of flavor, and it is something that I really don't know what it is... but it is like soy sauce. In Latin foods, it's called, Soya. But again, it is drizzled over the finished fajitas at the last minute so that is reduces into a somewhat sticky glaze and it is like candy.
ОтветитьNice video. Reminds me of dinner time at my Casa de me Ama. When you took a bite of the taco, all the tasty juices went out the end. What I do is create a little dam at the end by folding up the tortilla about a 1/4 to a1/2 inch, depending on how loaded the taco is, and holding it with your pinky finger. That way the last bite has the flavor of lime, salsa, salt and meat juices.🌮🌮🌮
ОтветитьTHAT looks delicious! :-)
ОтветитьRecommendation, add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar. The sugar will caramelize the steak. Try it once. I learned this from a Vietnamese doctor who one a cook-off vs Bobby flay.
ОтветитьWow good
ОтветитьWhat are you using under the griddle? Can you leave the link?
ОтветитьAWESOME THANKS!!
ОтветитьDear Chef Anie... what if you can't find morita chilli's.... Do you have a recommend as to a replacement ??? Gracious in advance !!!
ОтветитьGreat content dude and an even better personality. Reminds me of a guy I knew growing up.
