This is pretty bad all the way through, no where does this look like a good plate. That griddle is shit and it goes against good cooking to use it. I hope you get better sponsors.

Arnie, Made-In is too expensive for the quality. Lodge products are every bit as good and 1/5 the price.

Well? This is why I moved to Central, Texas. It's for this kind of, Tex-Mex, Home Cookin'. Grassy us. I mean thank you. This was precisely what I needed to see and hear! And that looked utterly delicious!

And now I know about your 11 secret herbs and spices. To make fajitas. Now I fully understand, Fajitas. I was never completely clear as to the,, true definition. And it's all about that marinade.. That's what I never got quite right. And you have unlocked the secret for me. To, making Fajitas. Thank you again.

And you look and sound pretty authentic to me. A white Jewish kid from the north. Into Funk and Tex-Mex cooking.

I have a pair of, Induction Cooktops. And a cast-iron griddle. But I'm wondering of this griddle you are selling here. Will work with, Induction Cooktops? I did not hear that mentioned? And that would be a big factor for me. Since I've gone, all electric. No more fossil fuel gas for me. If I can possibly avoid it. It's bad enough I want to live in a Motorhome. But I Gotta Be Free! I gotta be free. Dada, Dada, Dada. I gotta be free. Until I can't anymore. Until I drop and expire.. As that will be the only way for me. When they might find me one day. Mummified. Inside my motorhome in the middle of the desert. And that will be a fitting end. Of my wasted time of more than 6 decades on the planet. And maybe more? Mom is turning 100. So I got some good genes. I'm 68 now. I figure maybe another good, 15 perhaps 20? And then I do it like the Eskimos did. Only I don't want to freeze to death. That is not my cup of tea. I like it warm.

And SOME LIKE IT HOT. One of my favorite movies.

I made these today for a Mexican Christmas meal for our large extended family. It was the best fajita's I've ever made! Marinated them overnight. Fantastic flavor and super tender. My niece who works at a restaurant told me these were "way better" than the ones they serve! The beef was the hit of the day!!!! I cooked them on the Weber to get some mesquite smoke on them. Thank you for your fantastic videos from a fellow Texan! Merry Christmas! You ROCK!!!!!!!

Good video, however, ALL Tex-Mex restaurants in Texas DO NOT cook fajitas on a griddle..!!
We cook them on a gas/wood burning grill...!!
We also DO NOT cut them into strips until After they come off the grill...!!!

My first time seeing your channel, so the first time watching. You make the experience very enjoyable. I chuckled when you intentionally mispronounced fajitas...each time you did it. The look in your eyes when told your lovely lady she needed to taste it and your response after her smooch were the finishing touches to make me subscribe. Also, now I am hungry...at 5:24 A.M. after another sleepless night. 😂😊👍 If your other videos are as intriguing and fun as this one, I will be more than happy that I clicked that button.

I've been to numerous Mexican restaurants to eat fajitas. But there is one added ingredient that just adds kilos of flavor, and it is something that I really don't know what it is... but it is like soy sauce. In Latin foods, it's called, Soya. But again, it is drizzled over the finished fajitas at the last minute so that is reduces into a somewhat sticky glaze and it is like candy.

Nice video. Reminds me of dinner time at my Casa de me Ama. When you took a bite of the taco, all the tasty juices went out the end. What I do is create a little dam at the end by folding up the tortilla about a 1/4 to a1/2 inch, depending on how loaded the taco is, and holding it with your pinky finger. That way the last bite has the flavor of lime, salsa, salt and meat juices.🌮🌮🌮

Recommendation, add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar. The sugar will caramelize the steak. Try it once. I learned this from a Vietnamese doctor who one a cook-off vs Bobby flay.
