I ended up getting an email and how I figured out whether it was legit was doing the research of looking up the name against Dreamlight Valley credits and he is absolutely on their team. But I am on PC, so we'll see what happens. I hope I get picked because it would be fun to see what they got in store and provide my thoughts, especially on characters.

It's a shame you can't use the hand fan items (in your accessories) and use it as a fan instead of just carrying it around like it's a bag/tool.

My husband received the email. He has it on PC/Steam. So jealous and he did not do that recent survey. He barely plays it at all.

I got the email and I play on PC... it's happening on Sat, Aug 10th. I doubt I get picked because I'm way older than their target audience and they asked for an age. lol They also wanted to know if we had bought the expansion and what we thought of it. My first thought was it was playtesting for the next expansion.

I'd like to bring to the community's attention that when voting on dream snaps, if you see some that are not fully developed or as elaborate, or maybe not even on topic, that it's not just apathetic players or being lazy.
My 9 year old granddaughter has her own Switch and profile. She really enjoys the game but doesn't explore all the facets of play as an adult would. She doesn't yet grasp composition, shadows/ highlights yet, but I'm helping her move forward without interfering with her personal vision.

I got one of those emails yesterday. I am a PC user on my main account with a free account, where I have spent no money or completed Star Paths on my Switch. I am hoping it is a new DLC like a Rift in Time with new characters and new zones! Also, hoping I get chosen!

I used to be a beta tester for a software company and those who are chosen may very well be under a confidentiality agreement and will be unable to say much of anything publicly When I tested we had a private way to communicate with the software developers but were not allowed to mention anything out side of that private forum we were not even allowed to let anyone outside the group know we were testers

I think I said on the previous survey I play on switch and PC but Ive stopped playing on the switch so I said on the new survey I just play on PC. Makes me wonder if they're focusing on all of the consoles problems.

The hand fan that is an accessory is red. The small, aqua fan is a furniture piece you can get from Scrooge’s shop.😊

i just looked at my email and i did get this email thx serroh for this vid i would have never thought about it and it was in my spam folder so if not for this vid i would prob never checked my email or even went into my spam folder lol
