Sony α6100 - Its WAY BETTER than people say!

bro question about the slog with this profile set up would say i have a range similar to the slog profile?? i am new in ths world so asking for opinions i just bougth the a 6100 and i am like fuck i should spend 150 more for the a6400 or maybe i am just complaining for nothing i am abnsolutely amateur so maybe it is ok i don tknow any opinion (professional) is higly aprecciated guys

People tend to crap on cameras that aren't the ultimate tech demo...I use a 6-year old mirrorless full frame and the photos are awesome.

Im deciding between a6400 with kit lens 16-55 and 6100 16-55 + 55-210 they are same price .... Im new into photography but i used canon 80d. I wil shoot mainly street photography some portraits and car photography ... And later on plan on buying 50mm 1.8

A6400 and A6100 have exactly the same auto focus system. In fact it is the same as the one in A6600 too.

Bought the Canon M50 mark II a few months back and sold it shortly after, and bought the a6100..I hated the soft video quality of the M50 so much so that nowadays i kinda able to tell which video is taken with a Canon budget friendly cameras. The Canon 1080p is like 720p or even less in comparison to other 1080p videos...Enough of the "skin tone" obsession, people can look at themselves all day long, for all i care....

Guys, I got ax100 and it seems not strong AF (blurring, very slow) I don't know if any of  a6100 or a6600 or Zv1 could match or give better image quality than ax100 because the lens in AX100 is very good.

I understand the sensors difference from 1 inch sensor all the way to Aps-c but still the lens in ax100 is very good (if anyone knows how much the lens cost of ax100? In equivalent to sony lens?) 

Both Zv1 and ax100 is one inch sensor both same sensor but I don't know if zv1 lens could beat or same ax100 lens? 

Do you think that a6600 or a6100 can beat the ax100 or zv1 with their own lens come with the body (in term of video quality)?

Thank you. I’m looking for the best mirrorless or DSLR for around $1200 or less (body only) to record my nieces. One is a gymnast and the other does local community theater. I will be purchasing a 70-200mm f2.8 lens for whatever body I choose as well. I’m looking for eye autofocus that functions in 4k. Some have suggested Sony a6600 (I’m a little concerned about the rolling shutter) others have suggested Canon M6 Mark ii (some have said eye autofocus doesn’t work in 4k) Any help from other viewers would also be appreciated.
