I recently made a promise to myself to stop biting my nails. I don’t even wanna know how many hours of my life I spend wasting time on this terrible habit, but I’m over a week in and they’re looking better but they need a proper cleaning. Can’t wait till my cleaning kit comes :)

Thank you so much, this is unbelievably helpful. I’ve been biting my nails since I was a very little kid and randomly outgrew the habit over the summer.
I was planning to go to a salon and have them cut and shape them so I can just keep up on them, but this is definitely more helpful (even though it does take some time).
I have a file very similar to yours, but have read that a glass file is supposed to be the best to use, do you recommend? And do you use it the same as the metal one?
